Have some questions before booking? Don't worry we got you covered!

1)

Where are you located?

​

We are location in St. Paul, MN close to the Hmong Town Market.

What do we have access to when we book your studio?

​

You will have access to our entire studio. All 1500 sq of it.

3)

How do we access the studio after we book your studio?

​

Once you book our studio, we will send out the studio access email the day before your session.

4)

Do you have a bathroom in your building?

​

Yes! We have bathrooms on our floor.

5)

Do you have wheelchair access with elevator?

​

Yes ! We do have wheelchair access in the back of the building with a freight elevator.

Can we bring food and drinks?

​

Yes ! You can bring food and drinks to make your experience more fun. Just make sure to clean after yourself when you’re done.

Are pets allowed?

All pets are welcome at no extra cost, but we do require dogs to be on a leash when they’re not being photographed.

How many people do you allow in your studio at a time?

 

We do allow up to 30 people in our studio.

9)

How often do you change up your setups?

We often change our setups during Spring, Fall, and Winter season. Summer usually will stay like the Spring look.

What is your refund policy?

​

We understand that life happens; therefore, we allow 1-time refund if you notify us 48 hours before your session. Otherwise, you’re always welcome to reschedule.

My client/I got Covid, can I reschedule my session?

​

Please email, text, or call us if you need to reschedule your session for any reasons.

Can I purchase a session as a gift?

​

Yes of course! Just let us know who you’re gifting it to, and we’ll make a gift certificate dedicated to them. All gift certificates are final and non-refundable.
